How I Use ChatGPT to Build and Run My Online Business

Real tools. Real results. Here's how I actually use ChatGPT to build income online — and how you can too.

Since starting AI Tool Drawer, ChatGPT has been at the core of almost everything I do. It’s not just something I talk about — it’s something I rely on daily. From writing blog content to planning products, it's helped me work faster and stay consistent without burning out.

Here’s how I’ve used it so far — and how you can too.

1. Writing Content Without the Headaches

I use ChatGPT to:

  • Write blog posts like this one

  • Come up with content ideas for TikTok and Reels

  • Draft product descriptions and landing page copy

I usually give it a rough idea and let it shape it into something useful. Then I tweak it to match my voice. It’s like having a full-time copywriter on hand whenever I need one.

2. Building the Back End of My Business

ChatGPT helps me think through the actual systems behind what I’m building. Things like:

  • Email sequence outlines

  • SEO research

  • Automation flows

  • Prompt creation for AI tools

  • Digital product structures

If I’m stuck, I just type out what I’m trying to do, and it helps me break it down step by step.

3. Creating Digital Products

One of the biggest ways ChatGPT has helped is in creating actual digital products. Prompt packs, templates, Notion tools — anything that people can download and use.

I’ll type something like:

“Give me 10 prompt pack ideas for small business owners”
or
“Help me structure a downloadable AI starter kit”

It’s not perfect out the box, but it gives me a fast starting point. I clean it up, add visuals, and turn it into something people can actually use.

Final Thoughts

I built AI Tool Drawer to share the tools that have actually helped me — and ChatGPT is right at the top of that list.

It’s fast. It’s flexible. And it removes 90% of the friction from getting started. You don’t need to be technical or experienced — you just need to use it consistently and ask the right questions.

That’s what I’ve done, and it’s already helped me move faster than I ever could have on my own.
